So, in our PLT we are focusing on improving how we, as teachers, use ICT to educate our students. The purpose of this blog is to provide a forum for collegiate discussions in our school.

This week Julie and I used Prezi in our classes to enable the students to prepare their City Curriculum presentation. Thanks Martin for teaching us how to use Prezi, it is so simple once you get the hang of it!!!

This all looks great - will be interested to see who responds and what they contribute. I did prezis when I had Year 8 Geog last term.
ReplyDeleteAfter an exciting week with 9C in the city, we have now turned our attention to the creation of presentations, of students' research, from the program...Prezi is one tool they will use to present their findings!
ReplyDeleteMartin did a Prezi tutorial with 9F. The students were very engaged. They can now select from Animoto, Photo Story3, Power Point and Prezi for their City Curriculum. They need to consider how they want to deliver their presentation and which tool has the features they need.
